Three days, two backyards, one big family. Here's the loose plan — flexible enough for naps, structured enough that nobody starves.

01 Friday — Kickoff July 3rd

    Arrivals & Settle-In
    Roll into Wichita, find your bed, hug a family member you haven't seen since the last reunion.

    Welcome Cocktails
    Coolers full of beer, wine, and something for the kids. Light snacks while we wait for stragglers.

    Pizza Night & Pool Christening
    Casual pizza dinner from Kevin's pizza oven. Pool's open, kids in the water, adults around the firepit. Pool officially christened with the first cannonball of the weekend.

    Firepit & Bourbon
    For those still standing — firepit, bourbon, and tall tales until somebody falls asleep in a lawn chair.

02 Saturday — Independence Day July 4th
  • ★ 9:00 AM
    Breakfast Casserole
    Hot breakfast casserole, fresh fruit, and coffee — served at the outdoor kitchen. Come hungry.

    Pool Day Begins
    Kids in the pool, adults on chairs, music playing, sunscreen flowing. Bring your float.

    Lake Time — Open Itinerary
    Fish, swim in the lake, or take a pontoon out for a cruise. Whatever the day calls for — wander down to the docks and grab a boat.

    Backyard Olympics
    Cornhole, ladder ball, three-legged race, watermelon-eating contest. Games split between both yards with the pass-through gate open.

    The Big BBQ — Dave's Famous Smoked Ribs
    Dave's famous smoked ribs leading the lineup, plus a fine spread of other smoked meats off Kevin's smoker. Bring something if you'd like, but no pressure — we've got it covered.

    Toast to America at 250
    A quick toast to the country, to family, and to whoever decides to sing the national anthem for us!

    Board the Pontoons 🎆
    Two pontoon boats, two docks. Board on each side before sunset — bring your bug spray and get ready for the show. We'll float out to the main lake to grab front-row seats for America's birthday.

    Back to the pool for a night swim, late-night cocktails, music, and conversation that runs as long as you've got it in you.

03 Sunday — Farewell July 5th

    Big Breakfast — The Works
    Eggs, bacon, sausage, the whole spread. A slow morning together before the goodbyes.
